A single point of contact
Wherever possible, Growing Early Minds uses the Key Worker model, which gives families a single point of contact with a Growing Early Minds therapist.
Having a single point of contact makes it easier for the Key Worker and the family to build a strong and lasting relationship of trust and support. Our Key Worker will collaborate directly with your child, you, educators and other professionals; sharing information, knowledge and experience across disciplinary boundaries.
Whenever a skills-based specialist intervention is required, the Key Worker, in agreement with the family, may involve another Growing Early Minds therapist.

We offer supports in a range of natural, everyday environments to assist your child in building and maintaining a routine, while also assisting in identifying opportunities for your child to practice the skills they need in their own everyday settings.
