What is nutrition and dietetics?

Nutrition and dietetics are all about how the food we eat can impact our health and wellbeing. For many children and families, mealtimes can be challenging. Gastrointestinal conditions, feeding aversions and food allergies can all play a role in the experience, and require particular attention to ensure your child is getting the nutrients and support they need.
